No-Refund Standard
CreCave operates on a **postpaid consumption model**. Since services are billed after they have been consumed based on real-time metrics, we do not offer refunds.
Day-Wise Precision
Charges are calculated on a day-wise usage basis. When you modify your plan, adjustments are handled via pro-rated calculations rather than static monthly fees.
1. Postpaid Concept
Unlike traditional SaaS models, CreCave tracks your workspace, channel, and user parameters and generates an invoice at the end of every 30-day cycle. You pay only for what was active in your configuration.
2. Plan Migrations
Upgrades and downgrades are processed instantly. If you upgrade to a more expensive tier, the adjustment for the remaining days in your billing cycle will be reflected in your upcoming postpaid invoice.
3. Termination Policy
Failure to settle a postpaid invoice within **10 days** of its generation will result in automatic subscription termination. Terminated accounts will enter a "Read-Only" state until the outstanding balance is settled.
