Terms of Service
Governing the use of CreCave's elite infrastructure, subscription cycles, and financial protocols.
01. Subscription & Billing
All plans are postpaid. Billing cycles occur every 30 days from the date of activation.
Failure to settle invoices within 10 days leads to account suspension and read-only access.
02. Migration & Pro-ration
Users may migrate (upgrade or downgrade) between plans at any time. Changes are effective immediately. For upgrades, adjustments are calculated based on the remaining days of the current 30-day cycle and will be charged in the next postpaid invoice.
03. Income Module & Referrals
Referral Point System (5 Points = $1)
- • 10 Points awarded upon every successful new user signup.
- • Additional points equivalent to 5% of the referred user's first-month billing cost.
04. Usage Constraints
In the event of subscription disablement, workspace and profile parameters (Workspaces, Channels, Modules, Users) will remain visible but enter a "Read-Only" state. Users can re-enable functionality by settling outstanding invoices or adjusting active parameters to match a lower-tier configuration.
